Vehicle Laws - Failure to Comply with a Notice to Appear - Guilty
Plea
Providing that a person who fails to comply with a notice to appear
for specified traffic offenses is deemed to be guilty of those traffic
offenses under specified circumstances; requiring a court to send a
specified notice to a person at the address on record with the Motor
Vehicle Administration; authorizing a court to order suspension of a
person's driver's license for failure to comply with specified
notices; etc.
