Creation of a State Debt - The Maryland School for the Blind

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt in the amount of $300,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to The Maryland School for the Blind for the provision and installation of capital equipment; and requiring the grantee to grant and convey to the Maryland Historical Trust a historic easement.
