Altering the penalty for allowing alcoholic beverages to be consumed
on the unlicensed premises of a place of public entertainment that
exhibits nudity and sexual displays; and clarifying that the Act
applies to premises in Prince George's County that are not licensed
under the alcoholic beverages laws.
