Assisted Living Programs - Small Facilities

Synopsis:

Extending to July 1, 2000 the date before which the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene is prohibited from imposing sanctions under the provisions of Chapter 147 of the Acts of 1996, or any regulations adopted under Chapter 147 of 1996, concerning assisted living programs that provide services to 15 or fewer individuals unless specified circumstances occur.
