Crimes - Sexual Offenders - Notification

Synopsis:

Expanding the individuals and entities to which the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services and local law enforcement agencies are required to provide notice of a registration statement of a sexual offender to include registered child care providers, condominium and homeowner associations, private and parochial school principals, and property management companies.
