Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Budget and Management to adopt by regulation a streamlined procurement process for procurement of information technology services; requiring the streamlined procurement process adopted by the Secretary to include a procedure for consideration and approval of proposals for qualification, policies and procedures for the issuance of a solicitation for a task order, the execution of a standard contract, and a performance evaluation procedure; etc.
