Employees - Pension and Retirement Health Benefits
Allowing an individual, who is an employee of the Domestic Relations
Division of the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court on or before June
30, 2002, and subsequently is transferred into the State Personnel
Management System, to remain in the Anne Arundel County Retirement and
Pension System or transfer into the State Employees' Pension System;
requiring the Central Payroll Bureau to deduct a specified amount from
the biweekly salaries of employees who elect to remain in the Anne
Arundel County Retirement and Pension System; etc.
