Authorizing the County Commissioners of Garrett County to set the
amount of compensation to be paid to a substitute member of the Board
of Supervisors of Elections and a judge of the Orphans' Court for
Garrett County according to the recommendation of the Garrett County
Salary Study Commission; and providing that the Act does not apply to
the salary or compensation of the incumbent substitute members of the
Board of Supervisors of Elections or judges of the Orphans' Court for
Garrett County.
