Political Subdivisions - Property Tax - State Grants
Providing for annual grants to the counties in amounts equal to the
proportion of the property tax collected in each county that a rate of
11 cents per $100 of assessed valuation of the real property bears to
the State property tax due in each county; and applying the Act to
fiscal years beginning on or after July 1, 2002.
