Creating the Maryland Prescription Drug Fair Pricing Board and the
Maryland Prescription Drug Fair Pricing Fund; providing for the
membership of the Board and the appointment of its members; requiring
the Board to annually set maximum manufacturer prices for prescription
drugs sold in the State by manufacturers located in the State;
requiring that the prices set by the Board be implemented unless the
Board makes specified determinations; etc.
