Authorizing the Department of General Services to purchase materials, supplies, and equipment on behalf of private elementary and secondary schools that have been issued a certificate of approval from the State Board of Education or are accredited by a specified association and that are tax-exempt under a specified provision of the Internal Revenue Code.
