Vehicle Laws - Parking Citations - Late Payment

Synopsis:

Providing that certain State agencies and political subdivisions that issue parking citations may not, in connection with parking citations not timely paid, assess interest or impose late fees that are greater than 10% of the amount of the fine stated on the citation per month.
