Prohibiting a person from requesting or requiring that an individual
provide the individual's Social Security number, from selling or
purchasing the Social Security number of an individual, or from
refusing to do business with an individual because the individual has

an exception to the prohibitions relating to an individual's Social
Security number; etc.
