Establishing that a minor has the same capacity as an adult to consent
to psychological treatment if, in the judgment of the attending
physician or psychologist, the life or health of the minor would be
affected adversely by delaying treatment to obtain another
individual's consent; providing a limited immunity for a psychologist
who treats a minor; specifying that a psychologist may, but need not,
provide information to specified individuals; etc.
