Increasing the penalties for driving while intoxicated or intoxicated
per se when a person has a specified alcohol concentration; and
clarifying that the increased penalties established under the Act
supplant penalties for transporting a minor while driving while
intoxicated or intoxicated per se when a person has a specified
alcohol concentration.
