Creation of a State Debt - The Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of The Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for the planning, design, renovation, repair, construction, and capital equipping of the emergency room of The Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, to be located at 4940 Eastern Avenue in Baltimore City; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
