Prohibiting drinking an alcoholic beverage on the property of
specified governmental entities; prohibiting drinking an alcoholic
beverage in a vehicle on public property; requiring a court to notify
the Motor Vehicle Administration of specified convictions or findings
of a delinquent act; and prohibiting a person from possessing an
alcoholic beverage in an open container on specified public roadways
or in specified vehicles.
