Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $800,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Mayor of the City of College
Park for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of
a bridging facility between two existing public works buildings,
located at 9217 51st Avenue in College Park, to be used for access
between the two buildings and for office space; providing for
disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the
grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
