Telecommunications - Competition - Task Force

Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force on Competition Among Telecommunications Service Providers to encourage and monitor competition among providers in the State; requiring the Task Force to meet a minimum number of times annually; requiring the Task Force to submit an annual report of its findings to the General Assembly; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
