Evaluation
Continuing the Maryland Real Estate Commission in accordance with the
provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by
extending to July 1, 2012, the termination provisions relating to the
statutory and regulatory authority of the Commission; requiring the
Commission to adopt regulations that provide for the conduct of
continuing education courses by specified methods of transmission; and
requiring the Commission to submit a report to specified committees on
or before December 1, 2001.
