Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $674,520,
the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Mayor and City Council of
the Town of Capitol Heights for the repair and renovation of the town
hall facility known as the Leo P. Forami Municipal Center, located at
One Capitol Heights Boulevard, and the design, construction, and
capital equipping of an addition to the facility so that there is
adequate community meeting space; providing for disbursement of the
loan proceeds; etc.
