Family Law - Child Support Guidelines
Revising the schedule of basic child support obligations under the
child support guidelines; including specified third party payments to
or for a child in the definition of "actual income" and requiring
those payments to be set off against the child support obligations;
providing an adjustment to actual income if a parent has additional
dependents, unless the adjustment would reduce an existing child
support award; and reducing the shared custody percentage from 35% to
25%.
