Maryland Uniform Electronic Transactions Act - Scope
Prohibiting the provisions of the Maryland Uniform Electronic
Transactions Act from modifying, limiting, or superseding provisions
of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce
Act related to consumers and electronic records; exempting notices of
product recall or material failure of a product, documents that
accompany toxic or dangerous materials, and transactions governed by
laws governing family law from the Maryland Uniform Electronic
Transactions Act; etc.
