Commercial Law - Personal Power Sports Dealers and Distributors - Right of Succession

Synopsis:

Authorizing a personal power sports dealer or distributor to request a right of succession for a family member for a dealership or distributorship from a supplier; requiring that a personal power sports dealer or distributor provide specified information to the supplier when submitting a succession request; requiring a supplier to grant or deny a succession request within 90 days of receipt of the request; requiring that a supplier may deny a succession request only for good cause; etc.
