Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $470,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Washington County Health System, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, repair, construction, and capital equipping of Phase II of the Walnut Street Community Health Center; etc.
