Department of Natural Resources - Regional Boat Disposal Centers
Requiring the Department of Natural Resources to develop regional
centers for the disposal of distressed vessels that are privately
owned; requiring the Department to pay 75% of the cost of disposal of
a distressed vessel and to require the owner of the vessel to pay the
remaining 25% of the cost of disposal; and authorizing the Department
to adopt regulations.
