Pesticides - Education and Reporting - Pilot Program

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to develop a pilot program to educate State residents and health care workers about specified effects from exposure to pesticides; establishing the requirements of the pilot program; requiring the Department to develop a Pesticide Illness Reporting System to collect data about pesticide poisoning; establishing an Advisory Council on Pesticide Injuries to assist the Department with developing the programs required under the Act; etc.
