Entitled:

Crimes - Fleeing and Eluding Police - Penalties

Synopsis:

Providing that a person who flees and eludes or attempts to flee and elude a police officer under specified circumstances is guilty of a felony; providing that a person who assaults another person while fleeing and eluding police is guilty of a felony; and providing penalties for a violation of the Act.
