Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Kids on the Hill Neighborhood School and Center

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Kids on the Hill, Inc. for the acquisition, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of a building for a neighborhood center and alternative public high school, to be located at 2493 Druid Hill Avenue in Baltimore; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
