Vehicle Laws - Child Support Obligors - Vehicle Registration

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Motor Vehicle Administration from registering or transferring the registration of a vehicle of an applicant whose driver's license or privilege to drive is suspended under specified provisions of law for being out of compliance for a specified period of time with a court order to make child support payments.
