Tobacco Product Vending Machines - Conversion or Removal for Scrap
Allowing for the conversion, until July 1, 2001, of specified tobacco
product vending machines to dispense services or products other than a
tobacco product or requiring that the vending machines be removed and
scrapped by the Comptroller of the Treasury; prohibiting the owners or
operators of scrapped tobacco product vending machines from being
reimbursed for the value of the machines; etc.
