Creation of a State Debt - Prince George's County - Croom Manor Low-Income Housing

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $225,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Croom Manor Housing Complex for the planning, design, construction, reconstruction, and capital equipping of buildings, located at 15488 Mount Calvert Road in Upper Marlboro, to be used for low-income housing; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
