Dear Mr. President:

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the Maryland Constitution, I have today vetoed Senate Bill 304 - Cecil County - Public Facilities Bonds.

This bill authorizes the County Commissioners of Cecil County to issue up to $10 million in general obligation bonds for the construction and improvement of public facilities in Cecil County.

House Bill 333, which was passed by the General Assembly and signed by me, accomplishes the same purpose. Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign Senate Bill 304.
