Dear Mr. President:

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the Maryland Constitution, I have today vetoed Senate Bill 441 - Harford County - Alcoholic Beverages - Powers of Inspectors.

This bill authorizes alcoholic beverages inspectors in Harford County to issue civil citations for alcoholic beverages violations relating to the misrepresentation of one's age to obtain alcoholic beverages.

House Bill 213, which was passed by the General Assembly and signed by me, accomplishes the same purpose. Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign Senate Bill 441.
