Requiring each program offered for the satisfaction of the continuing professional competency requirement established by the Board of Professional Land Surveyors to be offered at a location in each major geographic area of the State or through distance learning options; and generally relating to the continuing professional competency requirement and the State Board of Professional Land Surveyors.
