Authorizing a court in an ex parte proceeding for relief from abuse to order the respondent to surrender and to refrain from possessing specified firearms under specified circumstances; making it a misdemeanor for a respondent to fail to comply with a provision of an ex parte order that orders the respondent to surrender and to refrain from possessing specified firearms; etc.
