Workers' Compensation - Occupational Disease - Firefighters

Synopsis:

Modifying the conditions under which a firefighter or other specified individual who is a covered employee for purposes of the Workers' Compensation Law will be presumed to be suffering from a compensable occupational disease suffered in the line of duty.
