Synopsis:

Increasing from $5 to $10 the maximum surcharge that the State Court Administrator may establish on recordable instruments for the Circuit Court Real Property Records Improvement Fund; and repealing the June 30, 2006 termination date of the provisions of law relating to the Fund.
