Synopsis:

Altering the Law Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights to authorize the Governor and specified local executives to appoint a specified member of a hearing board to hear administrative charges of the use of excessive force by specified law enforcement officers; altering the length of time the interrogation of a law enforcement officer may be suspended in a case involving the officer and a discharge of a weapon or the death of an individual while in the custody of the officer; etc.
