Establishing a funding formula for the Collaborative Initiatives Grant
Program to fund cooperative programs at community colleges, including
Baltimore City Community College (BCCC); establishing this fund based
on 2% of the direct grants allocated to community colleges and 2% of
the funds allocated to BCCC; requiring the Maryland Higher Education
Commission, in cooperation with the Maryland Association of Community
Colleges, to establish policy and guidelines for the administration of
the Grant Program; etc.
