Vehicle Laws - Salvage Certificates - Garage Owners

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to issue a salvage certificate to the owner of a commercial garage under specified circumstances; authorizing a garage owner to file an application for a salvage certificate accompanied by specified information; and prohibiting a garage owner from obtaining more than three salvage certificates in a year.
