Criminal Procedure - Sexual Offender Registration - Out-of-State Convictions

Synopsis:

Altering the definitions of "sexually violent offender" and "sexually violent offenses" to include in the definition of "sexually violent offenses" specified crimes committed in specified jurisdictions that, if committed in this State, would constitute sexually violent offenses.
