Entitled:

Maryland Public Broadcasting Commission - Special Appointments Employees

Synopsis:

Designating secretarial, stenographic, clerical, and custodial employees of the Maryland Public Broadcasting Commission as special appointments in the State Personnel Management System; and requiring that Commission employees hired in secretarial, stenographic, clerical, and custodial positions on or before September 30, 2002, retain the skilled service designation in the System until the position becomes vacant or the employee elects to become a special appointments employee.
