Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $950,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Patterson
Park Community Development Corporation for the acquisition, planning,
design, construction, repair, renovation, and reconstruction of
approximately 75 properties in the Patterson Park region of Baltimore
City; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a
requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; and
requiring the grantee to grant and convey a specified easement.
