Entitled:

State Health Plan - False Representation

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from making a false representation to a State health plan; making a violation of the Act a misdemeanor subject to specified penalties; and providing that the general penalties for State health plan fraud do not apply to a violation of the Act.
