Establishing a Task Force to Study Tax Credits for Costs of Providing Telework Benefits to Employees; requiring the Task Force to study the effectiveness of various incentive packages to promote teleworking; requiring the Task Force to make specified recommendations; establishing the membership of the Task Force; requiring the Governor to designate a chairman of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to issue a specified report; etc.
