Contractor
Authorizing a specified covered employee or, in the case of death,
personal representative, surviving spouse, child, or other dependent
of the covered employee to bring a claim of compensation against a
subcontractor under specified circumstances; and authorizing a
specified covered employee or personal representative, surviving
spouse, child, or other dependent of the covered employee, in the case
of death, to bring an action for damages against a principal
contractor under specified circumstances.
