Synopsis:

Requiring the Judiciary's Drug Treatment Court Commission to annually present an oral report to the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee and the House Judiciary Committee within 7 days after the General Assembly convenes for a regular session; requiring the Judiciary's Drug Treatment Court Commission to submit a specified annual written report to the General Assembly; requiring the Commission's reports to be informative on specified issues regarding the implementation status of Drug Treatment Courts throughout the State; etc.
