Social Security Numbers - Mandatory Inclusion on Marriage and Recreational Fishing License Applications

Synopsis:

Requiring a person applying for a marriage license to provide the Social Security numbers of each party to be married who has a Social Security number; requiring placement of the Social Security numbers in a specified electronic file; prohibiting placement in a public record; prohibiting disclosure of a Social Security number as part of a marriage license application or a specified fishing license application, except under specified circumstances; etc.
