Synopsis:

Establishing a commission to study specified issues related to the procurement of technology and technology-related services by the State; requiring the commission to make recommendations with regard to specified aspects of technology procurement; providing for the membership and staffing of the commission; requiring specified reports on or before specified dates; and providing for the termination of the Act.
